Montverde Academy will fly out to Hawaii this weekend where a potential title game tilt with #26 Greensboro Day (NC) looms.
3 Oak Hill Academy (VA) (13-0, Last Week: #4)
Oak Hill Academy had their first major test of the season this past weekend at the Hoophall West, taking down Lone Peak (UT) 70-67. The Warriors will head to Dallas for ARS Rescue Rooter Hoopfest this weekend, before traveling to the Chick-Fil-A Classic.
4 Clarkston (MI) (3-0, Last Week: #3)
Clarkston is off to a nice 3-0 start behind their experienced and talented roster. Unfortunately, Michigan State-commit Thomas Kithier has been ruled ineligible for the year, the good news is the Wolves are still the heavy favorites to repeat as state champions.
5 Mater Dei (CA) (5-0, Last Week: #5)
Mater Dei took the Diablo Inferno, dismantling Trabuco Hills 83-44 in the championship game. Next up for the Monarchs is the City of Palms Classic where they will likely open up with a very talented #23 Mountain Brook (AL) led by elite 2019 6′ 9″ PF Trendon Watford.
6 Hudson Catholic (NJ) (0-0, Last Week: #6)
Hudson Catholic will open their season with Pope John XXIII (NJ) before traveling to the City of Palms Classic to face #20 Webster Groves (MO) in their opening contest.
7 IMG Academy (6-0, Last Week: Not Ranked)
IMG Academy had a strong weekend at the ARS Rescue Rooter National Hoopfest, taking down Bishop McNamara (MD) 96-60 and St. John’s (DC) 72-65. They will open against #24 Huntington Prep (WV) in the Chick-Fil-A Classic on December 21st.
8 University School (FL) (6-0, Last Week: #7)
University School has gotten off to a strong start behind their versatile 2019 big man Vernon Carey Jr. The Sharks open up against #13 Archbishop Molloy (NY) at the City of Palms Classic on December 19th.
9 McEachern (GA) (4-0, Last Week: #8)
McEachern had the week off after their showdown with Porter Gaud (SC) was cancelled due to weather conditions. The Indians will take on North Cobb (GA) December 15th, before heading to the City of Palms Classic, opening with #15 Ranney School (NJ).
10 Shadow Mountain (AZ) (7-0, Last Week #11)
Shadow Mountain is off to another stellar start and proved their national legitimacy by taking down two quality out-of-state opponents this weekend at the Hoophall West. The Matadors took down Chino Hills (CA) 85-81 and #29 Sierra Canyon (CA) 80-78 in OT.
11 Guyer (TX) (16-0, Last Week: #21)
Guyer has proven themselves as the team to beat in Texas after taking down Wagner (TX) 78-76, Westlake (TX) 70-47, and Waxahachie (TX) 77-71 en route to the Cypress Hoops Tournament championship this past weekend.
12 Findlay Prep (NV) (12-1, Last Week: #10)
Findlay Prep took home two close wins last week, defeating Trinity International (NV) 79-76 and Desert Vista (AZ) 75-60. The Pilots have a rugged schedule coming up with trips to the Chick-Fil-A Classic and Cancer Research Classic in the coming weeks.
13 Archbishop Molloy (NY) (1-0, Last Week: #12)
Archbishop Molloy opened up their season with an easy 85-54 win over St. Anthony’s (NY). They will travel to the City of Palms Classic to face #8 University School (FL) in their opening contest.
14 St. Benedict’s Prep (NJ) (5-0, Last Week: #14)
St Benedict’s Prep gained a big win early in the season at the Marshall County Hoopfest, taking down #24 Huntington Prep (WV) 64-55. Look for the Gray Bees to make some noise again this season.
15 Ranney School (NJ) (0-0, Last Week: #15)
Ranney School opens up their season with Keansburg (NJ) on December 16th before traveling to the City of Palms Classic to open up bracket play with #9 McEachern (GA).
16 Imhotep Charter (PA) (1-0, Last Week: #16)
Imhotep Charter opened up their season with a comfortable 65-30 win over Frankford (PA), up next for the Panthers is Philadelphia Public League nemesis Martin Luther King (PA) on December 14th.
17 Garfield (WA) (4-0, Last Week: #17)
Garfield had a close call last week, slipping past Seattle Prep (WA) 83-77 in overtime. They will look to improve moving forward to continue head coach Brandon Roy’s undefeated start to his high school coaching career.
18 Dematha Catholic (MD) (4-0, Last Week: #24)
Dematha looked very strong over the weekend as they played host to the ARS Rescue Rooter National Hoopfest. They took down two quality opponents, Oak Ridge (FL) 84-69 and Archbishop Wood (PA) 80-70.
19 Simeon (IL) (4-0, Last Week: #25)
Simeon has look ultra-impressive early in the season taking down Chaminade (MO) 54-50, Morgan Park (IL) 70-57, and Bogan (IL) 77-57. They will travel to Texas this week for the National Hoopfest in Dallas before heading to Florida for the City of Palms.
20 Webster Groves (MO) (3-0, Last Week: #19)
We will soon see how Webster Groves will fare on the national stage without 2018 PG Courtney Ramey, who will miss at least half the season after breaking his wrist. They face Hudson Catholic (NJ) in the opening round at the City of Palms.

Roselle Catholic looks to be the early favorite to take home the New Jersey tournament of champions. They will open up their season this week with high hopes in LSU-commit Nazreon Reid‘s senior season.

Sunrise Christian appears in the rankings after racking up impressive wins over Apsire Academy (KY) 69-41, Prolific Prep (CA) 56-50, and #25 La Lumiere (IN) 56-47. They will look to continue to climb the rankings, facing one of the toughest schedules in the nation.
23 Mountain Brook (AL) (10-1, Last Week: #28)
Mountain Brook has one early season loss to Wenonah (AL) 47-42, despite their slip up they have look extremely impressive and will have the opportunity to prove themselves at the City of Palms where a potential second round match-up with #5 Mater Dei (CA) looms.

Huntington Prep has looked very impressive in the early going, falling just one time at the hands of #14 St. Benedict’s Prep (NJ) 64-55. The Express will open the Chick-Fil-A Classic with a match-up against #7 IMG Academy (FL).

La Lumiere has started the season strong despite an early season loss to #22 Sunrise Christian (KS) 56-47. They will have a chance to redeem themselves in the coming months with one of the toughest schedules in the nation.
