Scouting Report:

Bol Bol is a freak athlete at 7’ 2” with the ability to jump out of the gym and impressive timing on his blocked shots. The former NBA giant (Manute Bol’s) son has more potential than his massive 7’ 7” father ever could have dreamed with his limited mobility. Bol is just the opposite, an athletic freak who runs the court very well and has the ability to step out and hit an open three. Bol had a great summer, earning regular season Nike EYBL MVP honors by averaging 24.1 points, 10 rebounds, and 4.5 blocks per game. Bol is the best shot blocker on the high school level since Anthony Davis and has the potential to be another transcendent big man that helps to bring the impact bigs back to the NBA forefront. I would love to see Bol head to an up-tempo system like Andy Enfield’s at USC where he could really show off his high-motor and flourish in the open court.
